The following dispositions were filed recently in Roosevelt County Magistrate Court. According to reports:
• Elias Calderon, 22, pleaded no contest to charges of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (first offense). He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 89 days suspended. He was also sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation and ordered to pay court costs and follow special conditions.
• Josh Hannamann, no age available, pleaded guilty to a charge of assault on a household member. He was sentenced to six months in jail with six months suspended and to six months of unsupervised probation. He was also sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation and ordered to pay court costs and follow special conditions.
• Joseph Linthicum, 26, plead guilty to charges of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (first offense). He received a 90-day jail sentence with 89 days deferred and was ordered to pay court costs and follow special conditions.
