Serving Clovis, Portales and the Surrounding Communities
The following dispositions were filed in Roosevelt County 9th Judicial District Court recently. According to the documents:
• Mark Rodriguez, 19, pleaded guilty to the charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a fourth degree felony, and was ordered to serve 18 months of supervised probation and to pay all court fines and fees.
• Ezequiel Soto, 18, was convicted on the charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and was ordered to serve 18 months of supervised probation and to pay all court fines and fees.
• Susan Pennell, 32, pleaded guilty to the charges of forgery, embezzlement (over $500 but not more than $2,500), embezzlement (over $250 but not more than $500) and larceny and was ordered to serve three years of supervised probation and to pay all court fines and fees.
• Raymond A. Claudio, 23, pleaded no contest to the charge of possession of marijuana (eight ounces or more). He was found guilty was ordered to serve 18 months of supervised probation and to pay all court fines and fees.
• Laura L. Martin, 39, pleaded no contest to the charge of possession of marijuana (eight ounces or more). He was found guilty and ordered to serve 18 months of supervised probation and to pay all court fines and fees.
