PJHS to hold concert
Portales Junior High School will hold its annual holiday concert at 7 p.m. today at the Portales High School Performing Arts Center. The concert is free.
The PJHS concert, advanced bands and concert and honor choirs will perform a variety of music selected for the holiday season, according to Portales Municipal Schools District Fine Arts Director Franklin Smith.
Prepaid phone cards or donations to go toward phone cards for troops serving overseas will be collected at each of the various school concerts this holiday season, according to Smith.
