The Texas Cooperative Extension is sponsoring a grain sorghum turnrow meeting at 9 a.m. (CDT) Friday at the Chris Bass farm 5 miles north of Muleshoe on Highway 214, east 1.5 miles on County Road 1008, then north into the field.
A replicated large plot grain sorghum hybrid trial, which evaluates grain sorghum hybrids in a commercial production system, is located at the site. Field production and pest management data will be discussed.
