Clovis Community College is still enrolling students for the following classes:
High Plains Chorale — 15 sessions, 6:45–8:25 p.m., Thursdays through Dec. 13, Room 186. Fee: $15
The Backstage Pass — Allows students to work behind the scenes with the CCC Cultural Arts staff, assisting with live performances and the production process. Classes meet before the Cultural Arts events. Fee: $20
Know Your Family Tree — Allows students to study their lineage and tracing their ancestral backgrounds. One session, 8 a.m.–12 noon, Sept. 22, Room 411. Fee: $20
Conversational — At Lincoln Jackson Family Center, 206 Alphon St. Child care and computer lab with Spanish-instructional software is also available. Nine Sessions, 6–7:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, Sept. 18 to Oct. 16. 1 credit. Fee: $51
Fly-tying — Teaches basic and advanced techniques in tying bass and trout flies. Eight sessions, 6:30-9 p.m. Mondays, Sept. 24–Nov. 12, Room 103. Fee: $40

Build a Bird Feeder — Ages 7 and up. Parents are also invited to register and build a feeder with their child. Three sessions, 6–8 p.m., Sept. 24–28. Room 524. Fee: $40
Northern Cardinal Wood Carving Class — Ages 14 to Adult. This class provides materials and instruction to carve and decorate a white-pine version of this popular bird for decorative purposes or to give as a Christmas gift. Three sessions, 6–8 p.m. Oct. 22–26. Room 524. Fee: $40
