ENMU players named hitters of the week

Greyhound baseball second baseman Mike McDuffie and Zia softball first baseman Anna Hershkowitz have each been selected as the Lone Star Conference South Division’s hitter of the week in their sport.

McDuffie hit .474 last week with two homers, three doubles, seven RBIs and a .947 slugging percentage. The senior also scored seven runs and had a .500 on-base percentage.

Hershkowitz batted .900 with four doubles, one homer and five RBIs in a four-game series victory over Abilene Christian University. The junior was also successful in her only stolen base attempt.
