The following dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Magistrate Court:
• Pete Apodaca pleaded guilty to the charges of assault against a household member, was ordered to serve 182 days supervised probation, attend ASPEN program, enter into and successfully complete Batterer’s Intervention Program, and pay court fees and fines.
• Pete Apodaca pleaded guilty to the charges of aggravated battery against a household member, was ordered to serve 90 days jail time, and 274 days of supervised probation, attend ASPEN program, enter into and successfully complete Batterer’s Intervention Program, a six-month substance abuse program, and pay court fees and fines.
• Lara Garcia, 31, pleaded guilty to the charge of issuing worthless checks, was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $101.75 and pay court fees and fines.
• Blake Fair, 18, pleaded no contest to the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, was ordered to serve 364 days of supervised probation, attend ASPEN program, and pay court fees and fines.
• Rudy Baldivia, 27, pleaded no contest to the charge of battery against a household member, was ordered to serve 364 days of supervised probation, enter into and successfully complete Batterer’s Intervention Program, attend ASPEN program, and pay court fees and fines.
• James Ingram, 60, pleaded guilty to the charge of violation of protection order, and was ordered to serve 334 days of supervised probation, attend ASPEN program, and pay court fees and fines.
• Felicia Conde, 22, pleaded not guilty to the charge of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and drugs, and stop sign violation, was ordered to one year supervised probation, attend ASPEN program, DWI school, complete 48 hours of community service, have an ignition interlock installed in vehicle, and pay court fees and fines.
• Robbie Jones, 29, pleaded guilty to the charge of battery against a household member, was ordered to serve 182 days supervised probation, enter into and successfully complete 30 hours of anger management, attend ASPEN program, and pay court fees and fines.
The following dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:
• Arnold L. Ontiveros, 41, pleaded guilty to the charge of receiving stolen property over $250, was ordered to serve 364 days of supervised probation, pay restitution, and pay court fees and fines.
• Fernando Mendoza, 18, pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, was ordered to serve 18 months of supervised probation, enter into and successfully complete treatment, and pay court fees and fines.
• Jeffery Brown, 23, pleaded guilty to the charge of breaking and entering, was ordered to serve one year in the Roosevelt County Detention Center, attend in-patient treatment and pay a fee to the Domestic Violence Offender Treatment program.
• Michael Encinias, 26, pleaded guilty to the charge of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, and driving while license suspended or revoked, was ordered to serve three years of supervised probation, 364 days of incarceration, attend MADD victim impact panel, complete DWI school, enter into and complete counseling as recommended, and pay court fees and fines.
