Ethel Page-Mullins of Portales will celebrate her 90th birthday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 26 at Golden Acres community room in Portales.
The celebration will be hosted by her family.
Page-Mullins was born Feb. 22, 1916 in Topaz, Texas. She is a long-time resident of Roosevelt County, having lived in the Richland and Dora communities before moving to Portales.
The celebration is open to friends and relatives.
