The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the 9th Judicial District Court:
• Mark E. Catanzaro, 36, pleaded guilty to embezzlement ($100-$250), receipt of stolen property ($100-$250) and is ordered to serve two years imprisonment followed by two years, two days supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. His imprisonment was suspended.
• Dustyn Petner, 22, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and is ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment followed by one year less one day supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. His imprisonment was suspended.
• Lawrence Caldwell, 42, was found guilty by a jury of forgery (making or altering) and fraud and was adjudged to be a habitual offender and is ordered to serve four years imprisonment.
• Brian Echols, 41, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of liquor or drugs (fourth offense) and is ordered to serve 90 days imprisonment followed by one year less one day supervised probation. His imprisonment was suspended.
• Jake J. Lopez, 32, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of liquor or drugs (fourth offense) and is ordered to serve two years imprisonment followed by one year supervised probation, pay all fines and fees and allow an ignition interlock device to be placed on any vehicle he may drive. He will receive credit for one year imprisonment.
• Kay Howard Vanleer, 50, was found guilty by a jury for shoplifting (less than $100), criminal trespass (knowingly entering) and is ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment followed by one year less one day supervised probation. She will receive credit for one year less one day imprisonment.
