Carlos Perez, 10, of Clovis, died Thursjnant Hospital in Lubbock.
He was born Sept. 16, 1994, in Portales to Carlos Guerro and Lupe Perez.
He was a fifth grade student at Cameo Elementary in Clovis.
He is survived by his parents; four sisters, Valerie Perez, Patricia Perez, Araceli Perez and Selena Perez, all of Clovis; four brothers, Jaime Perez of Portales, Daniel Perez, Ruben Perez and Miguel Perez, all of Clovis; grandmother, Ortencia Bailon of Clovis; grandfather, Ramon Zapata, of Clovis; and several aunts and uncles.
Father Sotero Sena will officiate the Mass of the Resurrection. Burial will be at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis. Pallbearers are Jaime Perez, Ruben Perez, Martin Bejarno, Daniel Perez, Javier Rodarte and Ramon Bailon.
Arrangements are by Steed-Todd Funeral Home.
