The following dispositions were recently filed in magistrate court:
Selso Perez, 19, pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and is ordered to serve a 90-day suspended sentence, serve 90 days of supervised probation, enter the ASPEN program, complete DWI school within 60 days and pay $615 in fines.
Raul Lopez, 34, pleaded guilty to driving on suspended licence and no insurance and is ordered to serve 90 days supervised probation, attend the ASPEN program and pay $230 in fines.
Carlos Jacobo, 21, pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and speeding and ordered to serve a 90-day suspended sentence, serve 364 days of supervised probation, attend the ASPEN program, complete DWI school within 60 days, install an interlock device and pay $300 in fines.
Brianne Aucutt, 19, pleaded guilty to minor in possession and is ordered to serve one year of supervised probation, 30 hours of community service and pay $1067 in fines ($900 suspended).
Naomi Vazquez, 19, pleaded guilty to minor in possession and is ordered to serve one year of supervised probation, 30 hours of community service and pay $1067 in fines ($900 suspended).
Brandon Garza, 18, pleaded guilty to assault on a household member, possession of drug paraphenalia, resisting/evading/obstructing an officer and criminal damage and is ordered to serve a 364-day suspended sentence, serve 364 days supervised probation, attend the ASPEN program and pay $633 in fines.
Kenny Grubbs, 35, was found guilty of driving on suspended license, no registration and no insurance and is ordered to serve a 364-day sentence (360 days suspended), serve 360 days of supervised probation and pay $585 in fines.
The following dispositions were recently filed in district court
Simon Guerrero, 50, entered an Alford plea of guilty (defendant maintains innocence but concedes he would be found guilty under circumstances) to battery of a houshold member and is ordered to seve a year of probation.
Loydale Kirven, 34, pleaded guilty to receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle and concealing identity and is ordered to servea six-month suspended sentence, serve six months of probation and complete 45 hours of community service.
The following marriages were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:
• Ruben Ruiz, 74 and Matilda Ruiz, 73, both of Winfield, Kans.
• Bogdan Cristian Stanca, 25, and Daniela Totolici, 26, both of Portales.
