The following dispositions were recently filed in magistrate court:

Jesus Nunez, 40, pleaded guilty to battery and is ordered serve a six-month suspended sentence, serve six months of supervised probation and pay $67 in fines.

Daniel Cano, 18, pleaded guilty to driving on suspension and speeding and is ordered to serve a 60-day deferred sentence and pay $160 in fines.

Kevin Hardin, 21, pleaded guilty to possession, delivery or manufacture of drug paraphenalia, resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer, littering, reckless driving, possession of marijuana (less than 1 oz.) with previous conviction and tampering with evidence and is ordered to serve 364 days in jail (minus 125-day pre-sentence credit) and pay $142 in fines.

Randolph McGee, 53, pleaded guilty to driving on revocation and obstruction to driver’s view or driving mechanism and is ordered to serve 364 days in jail, 350 suspended, serve 350 days of probation, attend the ASPEN program and pay $535 in fines.

Edudigen Flores, 32, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphenalia and is ordered to pay $417 in fines.

Liborio Baca, 20, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphenalia and is ordered to serve a 364-day suspended sentence, serve 364 days of supervised probation, attend the ASPEN program and pay $192 in fines.

Liborio Baca, 20, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a switchblade and is ordered to serve a 182-day sentence (168 days suspended), serve 168 days of supervised probation, attend the ASPEN program and pay $167 in fines.

Jesus Gil, 44, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and is ordered to serve a 364-day suspended sentence, serve 364 days of supervised probation, attend the ASPEN program and pay $267 in fines.

Pedro Apodaca, 48, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and battery on a household member and is ordered to serve a 364-day suspended sentence, serve 364 days of supervised probation, attend the ASPEN program and pay $67 in fines.

The following dispositions were recently filed in district court:

Daniel Pena, 43, was found guilty of aggravated DWI, driving while license revoked and no insurance and is ordered to serve two years in jail, with six months suspended in favor of one year of supervised probation and pay $845 in fines and probation costs.

Cutter Belew, 22, pleaded guilty to forgery and driving while license suspended or revoked and is ordered to serve 364 days in jail (357 days suspended), serve 357 days of supervised probation, pay $305 in fines and probation costs.

Rene Robles, 34, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and use or possession of drug paraphenalia and is ordered to serve an 18-month sentence, 173 days suspended, and pay $105 in fines.

David Tarango, 34, pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence and is ordered to serve an 18-month sentence, with 12 months suspended and 41 days pre-sentence confinement, install an interlock device, serve 12 months supervised probation and pay $256 in fines and probation costs.
