The following criminal dispositions were filed in 9th Judicial District Court:
• George Chaparro, 26, pleaded guilty to abuse of a child, battery upon a peace officer and is ordered to serve three years supervised probation, complete parenting classes, complete anger management, pay $5 for the domestic violence offender treatment fee, submit a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee.
• Jaime Escobedo, 22, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and is ordered to serve 18 months supervised probation, complete a drug treatment program, pay $5 for the domestic violence offender treatment fee, submit a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee.
• Dayna K. Still, 40, pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, a fifth offense and is ordered to serve one year imprisoned by the Department of Corrections followed by one year supervised probation, attend a MADD victims impact panel, allow an ignition interlock device to be installed on her vehicle for one year, pay $5 for the domestic violence offender treatment fee and complete substance abuse counseling.
• D’Angela D. Campbell, 32, pleaded guilty to possession of stolen property over $250 and is ordered to serve 18 months, pay $5 for the domestic violence offender treatment fee, pay all probation costs, submit a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee.
• Mary L. Romero, 45, pleaded guilty to embezzlement over $2,500 and is ordered to serve one year imprisoned by the Department of Corrections followed by two years supervised probation, pay $5 for the domestic violence offender treatment fee, submit a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee.
• Ricardo J. Guzman, 21, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute marijuana and is ordered to serve 18 months supervised probation, pay a $75 lab testing fee, pay $5 for the domestic violence offender treatment fee, submit a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee.
• Kerre L. Petree, 28, pleaded no contest to fraud ($100-$250, two counts) and is ordered to serve one year and 235 days supervised probation and pay restitution.
• Aaron Joshua Morrisette, 21, pleaded guilty to assault with intent to commit a violent felony, is adjudged to be a habitual criminal offender and is ordered to serve two and one-half years in the Department of Corrections followed by two years of parole supervision and 18 months supervised probation, pay $5 for the domestic violence offender treatment fee, submit a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee.
• Gregory Moore, 22, pleaded guilty to battery against a household member, possession of marijuana and is ordered to serve one year and 14 days supervised probation, complete 25 hours community service and pay $5 for the domestic violence offender treatment fee.
