Buzard

Jennifer Harrer of Clovis and Dan Buzard of Portales were joined in marriage June 5, 2004 at The Landing. Father Tobin Hitt and R. L. Richards performed the double ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of John and Sally Harrer of Albuquerque. She is the granddaughter of Clarinda Harrer of Beloit, Wisc.

The bridegroom is the son of the late Jerry Buzard and Wilma Buzard of Portales.

Maid of honor was Brandi Thomas and the bridesmaids were: Jill Augustine, T’Mara Parker, M.J. Anderson and Emily Hill. McKenzie Buzard was the junior bridesmaid.

The bestman was Scott Buzard and the groomsmen were: Robert Harrer, Wade Fraze, Wes Fraze and Brad Hill. Jory Jaramillo was the junior groomsman.

Ushers were Gilbert Martinez and Cody Spitz.

Flowergirls were Stevie Jaramillo and Avery Hill.

Ring bearers were Wyatt Parker and Payte Parker.

Greeters were Jackie Jaramillo, Aubrey Hands, Jeremy Hands and Olivia Martinez.

The couple will reside in Portales.

The bride is employed at Clovis Municipal Schools.

The groom is employed at Eastern New Mexico University.

Henley

Stella Peugh of Portales and Jim Henley of Blackwell, Okla., were united in marriage on February 19, 2005 in a double ring ceremony at the First Christian Church.

The children and grandchildren of the bride and groom were the attendants for the wedding.

Jim is retired from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Stella, formerly of Conoco of Ponca City, Okla retired from Valley Furniture.

The couple will reside in Oklahoma.

Engagement

Hobbs/Howe

The family and friends of Kristi Hobbs and Judd Howe would like to announce their approaching marriage.

The couple will exchange vows on April 8, 2005, in Amarillo.

The reception will be at 2 p.m. (CDT) on April 9, 2005 at Make A Wish House in Amarillo (Texas Time). The reception is open to friends and relatives.
