Services: Have been held.

Bailee Tivis, 3, of Portales, died Sunday, March 20, 2005, at Roosevelt General Hospital in Portales.

He was born on Jan. 28, 2002, in Clovis, to Kristy and Kie Tivis.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Jim and Joan Williams and Martha Baird.

Survivors include his parents; his maternal grandparents, Glen and Susie Davis of Portales; his paternal grandparents, Glen Tivis and Donna Leal, both of Clovis; his great grandparents, Rosalie and Joe Burney of Lubbock, Max Davis of Rogers, and Lloyd and Frances Tivis of Portales; and his uncles, Justin and Tyler Davis, both of Portales and Jim Tivis of Cleveland, Tenn.

Allen Conner will officiate the services.

Burial will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery near Dora.

The family will gather at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Hospitality Room at Golden Acres for the noon meal.
