Shots fired, three taken into custody

Three people were taken into custody early Sunday after a single shot was fired into a residence at 308 Sandoval, according to a Clovis Police Department news release.

No injuries were reported.

Police were dispatched to the residence around 2 a.m. Sunday.

Mabel Cordova said a bedroom window in her home had been shot out.

The police news release said three "persons of interest" were located in a trailer at 325 Ewing, across the alley from the Cordova residence. The three people were taken into custody. Additional information was not released.

Cordova said she did not know who the subjects were and she did not know if the incident was an accident or intentional.
