The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:
• Andrew Boyer, 19, pled guilty to public affray and will serve six months of supervised probation.
• Jaime Rullan, 44, pled guilty to battery and will serve six months of supervised probation.
• Gregory Mead, 18, pled guilty to aggravated DWI and will serve 90 days of supervised probation.
• Patrick Manganaro, 19, pled guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.
• Adam Burns, 18, pled guilty of reckless driving and will serve 90 days of supervised probation.
• Patrick Manganaro, 19, pled guilty to possession of marijuana less than one ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.
• Ricardo Lopez-Garcia, 37, pled guilty to aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs (first offense), failure to give immediate notice of accident, failure to give information and render aide, leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance and open container and will serve 270 days of supervised probation.
• Sonja Baros, 34, pled guilty to resisting/obstructing an officer, no insurance and failure to stop upon striking an unattended vehicle and will serve 30 days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center, followed by 334 days of supervised probation.
