The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:

— Jacqueline Troy, 18, pled no contest to the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

— Chris Wilkinson, 22, pled guilty to the charge of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drug (first offense) and will serve 90 days of supervised probation.

— Jason Stroud, 25, pled guilty to the charge of driving under the influence of an intoxicated liquor/drugs (first offense) and open container and will serve 90 days of supervised probation.

— Yander Lozano, 18, entered a plea of admission of guilt to the charge of leaving the scene of an accident and careless driving and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

— Don Sattler, 39, entered a plea of no contest to the charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of switchblade and possession of dangerous drugs and will serve 2 1/2 years of supervised probation.

— Daniel Taylor, 45, entered a plea of no contest to driving while intoxicated (first offense), no driver’s license and open container and will serve 90 days of supervised probation.

The following marriage certificates were recently issued in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:

— Nelakosigi Raghavender Rao, 28, of Hyderabad, India and Ananika Ghosh, 27, of Kolkata, India.

— Daniel Webster, 20 and Kylee Cochran, 26, both of Portales.

— Juan Tovar, 25, and Ivonne Arzate, 18, both of Gravette, Ark.

— Albert Pena, 38, and Melinda Montoya, 32, both of Portales.
