The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:

• Adam Elliott, 18, found guilty of reckless driving and will serve 90 days of supervised probation.

• Shelly Gonzales, 29, found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana under an ounce and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

• Nancy Cano Baca found guilty of issuance of worthless checks and was ordered to pay a fine.

• Weldon Carmichael, 78, found guilty of speed regulation and will serve 364 days of unsupervised probation.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County District Court:

• Patricia Stone, 49, found guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and disorderly conduct and will serve 18 months in the department of corrections, followed by one year of parole supervision.

• Valerie Kent, 46, found guilty of accessory to trafficking a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and will serve three years of supervised probation.

• Marcelo Tarango, 21, found guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, failure to carry proof of financial responsibility and will serve 18 months of supervised probation.

• Scott Brunson, 46, found guilty of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia and will serve 18 months of supervised probation.

• Alex Fernandez, 25, found guilty of five counts of forgery and will serve four years in a department of corrections, followed by five years of supervised probation.

• George Valdez, 21, found guilty of three counts of battery upon a peace officer and will serve 18 months in the department of corrections, followed by three years of supervised probation.

The following marriage certificates were recently issued in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:

• Kris Nation, 21, and Michelle Daggett, 22, both of Portales.

• Jose Rodriguez, 37, and Brandy Easterling, 28, both of Portales.
