The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:

— Nicole Moya, 18, found guilty of battery on a household member and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

— Joe Moran, 23, found guilty of false reporting and was ordered to pay fines.

— Agustin Gutierrez, 47, found guilty of speeding, evading port of entry and log book violation and was ordered to pay fines.

— Joe Evaro, 34, found guilty of shoplifting, tampering with evidence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and will serve two years and 195 days of supervised probation.

— Monica Rodriguez, 18, found guilty of driving on revocation and no insurance and will spend seven days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center, followed by 357 days of supervised probation.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County District Court:

— Paula Encinias, 22, found guilty of two counts of forgery and is ordered to serve one year in the RCDC, followed by five years of supervised probation.

— Donald Sattler, 39, found guilty of possession of a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia and will serve 18 months of supervised probation.

— Sezar Amarillas, 18, found guilty of criminal sexual penetration (4th degree) and will serve 18 months of supervised probation.

The following marriage certificates were recently issued in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:

— Ryan Schnyders, 26, and Laura Ann Hollingsworth, 22, both of Portales.

— Milton Tice, 37, and Vonnette McEntire, 24, both of Portales.

— Eziah Gonzalez, 24, of Clovis and Laura Gonzalez, 27, of Portales.

— Juan Diaz, 29, and Veronica Perez, 30, both of Portales.

The following divorce certificates were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:

— Annette Fletcher and Derril Turner.
