The following divorces were filed in the Roosevelt County District Court:

— Rudy Roybal and Janice Roybal.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County District Court:

— Jeff Lee Guthrie, 31, found guilty of receiving stolen property and is adjudged to be a habitual criminal offender and will serve four years in the Roosevelt County Detention Center, followed by 1 year of supervised probation.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:

— Gary Johnston, 43, found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and accident involving damage to vehicle and will serve two days in the RCDC, followed by 88 days of supervised probation.

— Dominic Morin, 19, found guilty of minor in possession and open container and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.
