The following divorces were recently filed in Roosevelt County District Court:

The following marriage certificates were issued in Roosevelt County District Court:
• Kevin Beimer, 40, and Janice Tackett, 42, both of Portales.
• Wayne Chambers, 50, and Julie Stagner, 38, both of Clovis.
The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County District Court:
• Brian Moshier, 41, found guilty of homicide by vehicle (driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug), knowingly leaving the scene of an accident and tampering with evidence and will serve 14 years in the Roosevelt County Detention Center, followed by 4 1/2 years of supervised probation.
• Inez Ramos, 53, found guilty of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and will serve 2 years in the RCDC, followed by 1 year of parole supervision.
• Mark Montano, 20, found guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, breaking and entering and will serve 18 months of supervised probation.
• Dawnell Gentry, 40, found guilty of aggravated battery, aggravated assault and will serve three years of supervised probation.
• Richard Mora, 21, found guilty of violating a substantial condition of the standard probation order and will receive and unsatisfactory discharge from probation.
• John Fallon, 43, found guilty of violating a condition of the standard probation order and is ordered to continue probation, undergo substance abuse screening and successfully complete any treatment.
• Amber Gibson, 22, found guilty of violating a condition of the standard probation order and is ordered to continue probation and to successfully complete substance abuse treatment.
The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:
• Moses Chavez, 33, found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and will serve two days in the RCDC, followed by 88 days of supervised probation.
• Guadalupe Villalovos, 18, found guilty of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, under one ounce and will serve 15 days of unsupervised probation.
• Josue Rivas, 21, found guilty of driving on suspended driver’s license and no insurance and will serve four days in the RCDC followed by 360 days of supervised probation.
• Ricky Chairez, 34, found guilty of violation of his probation and is ordered to attend ASPEN program within 90 days.
• Juan Torres, 22, found aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and leaving the scene of an accident and will serve two days in the RCDC followed by 364 days of supervised probation.
• Luis Delgado, 27, found guilty of concealing identity, no seat belt, no driver’s license and no insurance and will serve 90 days of supervised probation.
