The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County District Court:

— Steve Raiche, 30, found guilty of battery against a household member and will serve 100 days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center and 264 days of supervised probation.

— J.B. Kinser, 32, found guilty of possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended or revoked and will serve 7 days in the RCDC and 357 days of supervised probation.

— Jonathan Tompkins, 21, found guilty of aggravated DWI and will serve 90 days of supervised probation.

— Doug Wilks, 32, found guilty of receiving stolen property and will serve 18 months of supervised probation.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:

— Bryan Garcia, 30, found guilty of driving on suspended license and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

— Michael Flores, 27, found guilty of driving on revoked driver’s license and speeding and will serve 7 days in the RCDC, followed by 357 days of supervised probation.

The following certificates of marriage were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:

— Jayton Washington, 24, and Andrea Castellano, 22, both of Clovis.

— Daniel Saiz, 30, and Jennifer Caywood, 30, both of Portales.

— Adam Davis, 23, of Las Cruces and Ashley Mitchell, 21, of Portales.

— Vincent Erdmann, 56, and Linda Erdmann, 55, both of Muleshoe, Texas.
