Michael W. Davis, 34, of Clovis died Friday, April 16, 2004, at Plains Regional Medical Center.

The youngest of three children, he was born Aug. 5, 1969, in Tularosa to Burnis and Cleo Davis.

He was a graduate of Alamogordo High School and a member of Corinth Baptist Church in Alamogordo, and was attending Faith Community Baptist Church in Clovis.

Survivors include three children, Brittany N. Davis, Bryanna Davis, and Zachary Davis; his parents, Burnis and Cleo Davis of Alamogordo; two brothers, Burnis Davis Jr. and Glen R. Davis (wife Kim); his grandmother, Ida Andrews; and his girlfriend, Cecelia Bernal.

He was preceded in death by a son and a grandmother.

Services were held April 24 at the Corinth Baptist Church with the Rev. James Forney Officiating. Burial was at Monte Vista Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Delmus Lowe, Houston Bickham Jr., Darell Bickham, Christ Washington, Damarrio Mitchell, and Jerome Easthouse.

Honorary pallbearers were deacons of Corinth Baptist Church.
