There are only four days of school until classes are finished on Thursday, the 20th and the school buses make their last runs for this school year.
Monday is a school day and all reviews and test will continue through until Thursday.

Sunday, May 23, Senior Graduation at 3 p.m. in Luscombe Gym.
May 28, High School report cards will be ready to pick up or mail.
Dora BPA attend Nationals
Dora high school students Sara Allison, Jena Bilberry, Mary Humphreys, and Tyler Wilhoit participated in the April 28-May 2 National Leadership Conference of Business Professionals of America in Cincinnati, Ohio. Sara competed in the Application/Interview contest; Jena presented a 5-7 minute prepared speech; Mary was required to prepare and present a 1-3 minute speech within 10 minutes of receiving the topic and Tyler tested on Fundamentals of HTML. These students participated at the regional and state conferences during the 2003-2004 school year, having placed within the top three in order to qualify for the next level of competition.
State Office
Dora high school students Sara Allison and Ashley Carter are currently running as state officer candidates for New Mexico Business Professionals of America. Requirements for candidacy include completing an application and candidate test, and submitting a school transcript and a 100-word resume paragraph. Ballots with the candidates’ resumes have been mailed to all New Mexico BPA chapters. Results will be announced later this month.
