The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Magistrate Court:

• Bobby Reed, 19, found guilty of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, open container, stop sign violation and minor in possession and will serve 90 days supervised probation.

• Nakiea Rodriquez, 21, found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana and is sentenced to 364 days of unsupervised probation.

• Aaron Abarca, 31, found guilty of hauling livestock without inspection and was sentenced to pay court fees totaling $67.

• Heath Carmichael, 25, found guilty of assault on a school personnel and unsupervised probation of 364 days.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in Roosevelt County Courthouse:

• Juan Sanchez, 54, found guilty of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug, no insurance, improper use of evidence of registration and improper turning at intersection and is six months of incarceration in the Roosevelt County Detention Center and one year of supervised probation.

• Juan Tarango, 29, found guilty of possession of a controlled substance and defendant admitted to having two prior felony convictions is sentenced to serve four years of incarceration and one year of supervised probation.

Tarango was also found guilty of larceny, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and is sentenced to incarceration of 546 days.

• Sonia Hernandez, 21, found guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and is sentenced to probation for 18 months.

• Richard Narro, 30, found guilty of trafficking controlled substances, two counts of battery upon a peace officer and is sentenced to serve 8 years of incarceration followed by five years of supervised probation.

• David Edwards, 21, found guilty of possession of a stolen motor vehicle, resisting, evading or obstructing and officer and is sentenced to one year of incarceration followed by 2 1/2 years of supervised probation.

Edwards was also found guilty of trafficking a controlled substance, to-wit: cocaine and is sentenced to serve one year of incarceration, followed by 2 1/2 years of supervised probation.

• Salvador Lopez-Reyes, 22, found guilty of use or possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and is sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation.

• Heather Ortega, 22, found guilty of possession of a controlled substance, to-wit: methamphetamine and is sentenced supervised probation of 18 months.
