The following certificates of marriage were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:

Anderson A. Parks, 45, and Anna Lacreeca Kendrick, 36, both of Portales.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County District Court:

Josephine Abarca, 20, found guilty of possession of cocaine, tampering with evidence and possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and will serve 18 months of supervised probation.

Janice K. Carter, 47, found guilty of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and will serve two years in the New Mexico Department of Corrections and one year of supervised probation.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Magistrate Court:

Brandon Gutierrez, 18, found guilty of aggravated driving while intoxicated (first offense) and traffic lanes and will serve two days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center and 88 days of supervised probation.

Emmanuel Palacios, 21, pled the Alford VS. North Carolina Plea Agreement on resisting, evading or obstructing an officer; no registration; and no insurance and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

Abel Harris, 20, found guilty of battery on a household member and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

Ricky Bouldin, 36, found guilty of battery and will serve six months of supervised probation.

Sandra Flores, 28, found guilty of concealing identity, embezzlement and shoplifting and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.
