Here are recent dispositions recorded in Curry County District Court:

Brandon Joe Scott Cordova, 21, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit aggravated battery (armed after entering) and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Sentenced to consecutive terms totaling 4 1/2 years in state prison, all but four suspended with credit for 296 days served, and placed on six months supervised probation following release with special conditions of $100 DNA testing fee, reporting to probation office immediately upon release, and victim restitution to be determined. Subject to three-year parole release supervision following incarceration.

Andrew M. Jaramillo, 20, pleaded guilty to negligent arson. Judgment suspended and conditional discharge granted with 18 months supervised probation.

Mark D. Robertson, 51, pleaded guilty to use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but eight suspended with credit for eight days served, and placed on supervised probation for remaining period with special conditions of substance abuse screening and counseling as recommended, $25 monthly probation costs, and no consumption of alcohol or controlled substances.

Monterey Hartin, 23, pleaded guilty to resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and possession of a lost or stolen credit card. Sentenced to consecutive terms in state prison totaling 18 months less one day with credit for 123 days served, to run concurrently with two other sentences in separate cases, with court recommendation of serving in minimum security facility.

Monterey Hartin, 23, pleaded guilty to burglary on a dwelling house, larceny greater than $250, and fraudulent use of a credit card. Sentenced to concurrent terms totaling three years in state prison, all but two years suspended with credit for 120 days served, to run concurrently with two other sentences in separate cases. Subject to two years parole release supervision following incarceration.

Monterey Hartin, 23, pleaded guilty to aggravated burglary with a deadly weapon, larceny greater than $2,500, and criminal damage to property less than $1,000. Sentenced to concurrent terms totaling nine years in state prison, all but two suspended with credit for 134 days served. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period with special conditions of victim restitution to be determined by probation office on all three court cases, $100 DNA testing fee, substance abuse screening and counseling as recommended, $35 monthly probation costs, no contact with co-defendants, no possession of deadly weapons, and court recommendation that defendant obtain her GED while on probation. Subject to two years parole release supervision following incarceration.

Barbara L. Lopez, 32, admitted to violating probation on Aug. 4, 2003, conviction for shoplifting less than $100. Probation revoked and new sentence imposed of 170 days in county jail with 12 days remaining and no good time allowed.

Dale Roaix pleaded guilty to criminal trespass. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but 46 suspended with credit for time served and $67 court costs and fees. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period with special condition of not being on railroad property. Probation status allowed to revert to unsupervised if defendant leaves state, but must report to probation officer within 24 hours of returning.

Mary Lucero, 43, pleaded no contest to driving while license suspended. Judgment deferred 90 days, ordered to pay $75 court fees, and placed on unsupervised probation for remaining period with special conditions of obeying all laws and not calling court attention to herself unfavorably.

Idania Renteria, 22, pleaded guilty to attempted issuing worthless checks. Judgment deferred 364 days, ordered to pay $67 court costs and fees, and placed on 364 days supervised probation with special conditions of paying $65.90 to a business and $10 to the state of New Mexico. Probation status allowed to revert to unsupervised after one month if fees are paid and proof of restitution given to court.

Stephanie Mathis, 31, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer. Sentenced to consecutive terms totaling 546 days in county jail, all but 30 suspended with no good time allowed, $500 fine, all suspended, and $114 court costs and fees at $50 per month. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period.

Nickolas James Clark, 29, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but 182 suspended with good time authorized, and $67 court costs and fees. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period with $35 monthly probation costs and special condition of reporting to probation office within 24 hours of release from jail.

Alberto Torres, 23, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, first offense, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, no driver’s license and failure to maintain traffic lane. Sentenced to 90 days in county jail and $730 fine, court costs and fees at $50 per month. Placed on 274 days supervised probation with $35 monthly probation costs and special condition of reporting to probation office within 24 hours of returning to United States, alcohol abuse screening and counseling as required, 48 hours community service, attending MADD victim impact panel and DWI school, and allowing installation of vehicle ignition interlock at own expense.

Paul Mefford, 42, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked, expired registration and no insurance. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but 15 suspended, $1,485 fine, court costs and fees, all but $485 suspended at $50 per month. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period with $35 monthly probation costs with special condition of reporting to probation office within 24 hours of release from jail.

Tino Griego, 21, admitted to violating probation on Nov. 14, 2001, conviction for contempt of court. Probation revoked and new sentence imposed of 364 days in county jail with credit for 193 days served and remaining 171 days to be served immediately with no good time allowed.

Arsenio Sanchez, 45, pleaded guilty to battery on a household member. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all suspended, and $67 court costs and fees. Placed on supervised probation for same period with special condition of attending anger management classes.

Robert Henderson, 48, admitted to violating probation on Sept. 30 conviction for battery on a household member and interference with communications. Probation revoked and new sentence imposed of 364 days in county jail, all but 130 suspended with credit for 123 days served. Placed on supervised probation with $35 monthly probation costs and same conditions previously imposed of not consuming or being in the presence of alcohol, $100 contribution to domestic violence shelter, anger management classes, and alcohol abuse screening at own expense.

Joel P. Reyes, 27, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, no insurance and no registration. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but 30 suspended with credit for one day served, and $1,565 fine, court costs and fees, all but $565 suspended. Allowed to perform community service in lieu of payment.

Aranda Arturo, 42, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. Sentenced to 90 days in county jail, all but one suspended with credit for one day served, and $515 fine, court costs and fees at $50 per month. Placed on 363 days supervised probation with $35 monthly probation costs and special conditions of alcohol abuse screening and counseling as required, attending MADD victim impact panel and DWI school, and installation of vehicle ignition interlock at own expense.

Clifford L. Richardson, 44, pleaded guilty to careless driving. Ordered to pay $75 court fees and costs and conditional discharge granted contingent upon paying $197.07 to New Mexico State Police for damage to patrol unit.

Raymond J. White, 20, pleaded no contest to failure to stop at a stop light. Judgment deferred 90 days, ordered to pay $75 court costs and fees, and placed on unsupervised probation for same period with special conditions of obeying all laws and not calling unfavorable court attention to himself.

Shea Moten, 19, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but five suspended, and $67 court costs and fees. Placed on unsupervised probation for remaining period with special conditions of obeying all laws and notifying court in writing of any address change.

Adrian Garcia, 37, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, first offense, and failure to stop at a stop sign. Sentenced to 90 days in county jail, all suspended, and $580 fine, court costs and fees. Placed on 364 days supervised probation with $35 monthly probation costs and special conditions of attending MADD victim impact panel and DWI school, alcohol abuse screening and treatment as required within 15 days and installation of vehicle ignition interlock within seven days at own expense.

Leticia Pettay, 51, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of a property damage accident and speeding. Judgment deferred 90 days, ordered to pay $130 court costs and fees, and placed on unsupervised probation for same period with special condition of not calling unfavorable court attention to himself.

Bethea Lashawn, 21, admitted to violating probation on Jan. 9 conviction for driving while license suspended. Probation revoked and new sentence imposed of 364 days in county jail, all but 100 suspended with no good time allowed and credit for 98 days served in jail or on probation. Placed on supervised probation with $35 monthly probation costs.

Francisco Chavira, 39, pleaded guilty to concealing identity, driving while license revoked, failure to stop at flashing light and no insurance. Sentenced to 182 days in county jail, all but seven suspended, and $1,557 at $50 per month. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period with special condition of attending Alcoholics Anonymous at least weekly.

Ramon Benavidez, 40, pleaded no contest to battery on a household member. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but two suspended with credit for two days served, and $1,067 fine, court costs and fees, all but $567 suspended. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period with $35 monthly probation costs and special conditions of permission to report in writing to probation officer, random testing, not consuming or being in the presence of people consuming alcohol or drugs, and no reports of domestic violence.

Stacy Woody, 25, pleaded guilty to battery on a household member. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period with special conditions of attending anger management and marriage counseling. Probation allowed to revert to unsupervised status once anger management completed but counseling must continue as needed.

Alexander Sacerio, 24, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all suspended, and $342 fine, court costs and fees. Placed on unsupervised probation for same period.

Carolyn Walker, 41, pleaded no contest to simple battery. Sentenced to 182 days in county jail, all suspended, and $67 court costs and fees. Placed on supervised probation for same period with special condition of counseling at Faith Christian Family Church. Probation status allowed to revert to unsupervised upon completion of counseling.

Vianey Marin, 21, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. Judgment deferred 364 days, ordered to pay $75 court costs and fees, and placed on unsupervised probation for same period with special conditions of not calling unfavorable court attention to himself and installing vehicle immobilization device at own expense.
