Juanita Martinez, 83, of Lorena, Texas, died Monday, Sept. 8, 2003, at her home.

She was born on Nov. 18, 1919, in Puerto Rico, to Juan Martinez and Lucrecia Medina.

She was a retired executive secretary.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include two daughters, Margarita Dillon (and husband, John) of Clovis and Carmen Hennessey (Michael) of Robinson, Texas; six grandchildren, Nina Russell, Cherith and Karen Irizarry, Karina Langan, Debbie Snipes and Arnold Conti; six great-grandchildren; and nine brothers and sisters.

Arrangements are by Pecan Grove Funeral Home of Waco, Texas.
