Mr. Martin Kube, 73, of Farwell, died Tuesday, July 29, 2003, in Lubbock.

He was born on Feb. 10, 1930, in Clovis.

He married Frances Daude on Dec. 31, 1950, in Lariat. He lived in Farwell for the past 37 years. He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Texico volunteer fire department, Farwell City Council, Curry County “42” League and Parmer County Crimestoppers board. He coached Little League baseball in Farwell and Texico.

He is survived by his wife; three sons, Wayne Kube of Plano, Texas, Bryan Kube of Austin, Texas, and David Kube of Texico; and eight grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. (CDT) Thursday at Ellis Funeral Home in Muleshoe.

The Rev. David Symm will officiate the services.

Burial will be at Muleshoe Memorial Park Cemetery.
