Immunizations

A reminder that students immunizations must be current by next Wednesday or they will not be allowed to attend school. There will be an immunization clinic on the on Tuesday. Parents must be present for a student to receive immunizations. Letters will be mailed to parents whose children’s immunizations are delinquent.

Events

There will be no school next Friday for parent-teacher Conferences from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Progress reports will be handed out at this time. The elementary school will also be having their open house that day.

Home coming

Homecoming will be this Saturday against the Lazbuddie Longhorns, and will be played at Portales Junior High School.

Tonight there will be a bonfire at the Chandler’s house. Athletes will arrive on a hayride. Booster club will be serving homemade ice cream.

Upcoming Games

Sept. 13 — Junior varsity and varsity football vs. Lazbuddie at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. at PJHS.

Sept. 16 — Junior high and varsity volleyball vs. Melrose Buffaloes at 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. at Melrose.

Sept. 18 — Junior high and varsity volleyball vs. Dora Coyotes at 4:30 and 5:30 p.m. at Floyd.

Sept. 19 — Junior high and varsity volleyball vs. Grady Broncos at 4:30 p.m. and 5:50 p.m. at Floyd.
