    CMI staff HAGERMAN — Elida finished ninth with 27 points and Dora was 12th with nine on Saturday in the 15-school Alfalfa Relays track meet. Eunice took team honors with 64 1/2 points, eding Loving with 62.     CMI staff BROWNWOOD, Texas — Senior TiAda Gray and junior Keely Weger took second and third in breakaway roping over the weekend, helping Eastern New Mexico University’s women take first place in the Ranger College Rodeo. The Zias, notching their fifth win in seven rodeos during the 2013-14 school year, finished with 255 points to 233 1/3 for second-place Tarleton State.     Eastern New Mexico University’s Voices of Inclusive Committed Education Students (VOICES) will be hosting a dodgeball tournament Sunday at the Greyhound Arena’s gyms at 2 p.m. The tournament is to raise funds for Educate Malawi, a program that builds homes for teachers in Africa.
