    CMI staff For the second straight year, Isaiah Samoei of Eastern New Mexico has been named the Lone Star Conference’s indoor male track athlete of the year. Samoei, a native of Eldoret, Kenya and a transfer from Iowa Western Community College, earned All-America honors by placing third in the men’s 5,000-meter run during the NCAA Division-II Indoor Track and Field Championships two weekend ago with a school-record 14:10.39.
