Cory and Kala Adair of Clovis said they drove to other cities in eastern New Mexico and west Texas to participate in walks and runs. The couple decided to start one here in Clovis.     American Forces Press Service RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas — Air Force officials here June 10 selected 7,752 of 37,185 eligible staff sergeants for promotion to technical sergeant for a selection rate of 20.85 percent. The technical sergeant promotion list is available on the Air Force Personnel Center’s public website. Airmen also can access their score notices at the same time on the Virtual Military Personnel Flight and Air Force Portal. The average score for those selected was 317.63, with an average time in grade...
