    Staff report Five people were injured Tuesday afternoon in a collision on N.M. 202 near the New Mexico-Texas border between Portales and Muleshoe. According to Portales Fire Department Battalion Chief Shannon Lee: • The call for the minivan-versus-semi-tractor trailer collision came in about 2 p.m. • Both drivers were among the injured.     Staff report LUBBOCK — Juniors Beth Blind and Kaspars Briska posted second-place finishes in the 5,000 on Saturday, highlighting Eastern New Mexico University’s performances in the Texas Tech Open track meet.
