    City Commissioner Randy Crowder wanted other commissioners to stop and take a breath at the costs of park improvements due to cost overruns in golf course renovations. On Thursday, Commission Chairman Wendell Bostwick confirmed the settlement with Orlando Salas, 22, after details were made public in a special KOB-TV report that aired earlier this week.
