One of the suspects in the Aug. 14 shooting death of Jesse Villanes-Lerma at an apartment on Sycamore Street in Clovis is expected back in Clovis this weekend.
Jimmy Whitlock, 42, was arrested by U.S. marshals in Raleigh, N.C., on Aug. 23.
