Sunday Reader: Life of Pie Town spans 100 years

On the south side of the 1940 Main Street stood the town's beanery, a curio shop, J. B. Wyeth's taxidermy "studio," the town cafe, and the general store of Jack A. Keele and Harmon L. Craig.
The aromas from the café's kitchen filled the room and I couldn't help but think the single page, typewritten menu did not do the whiffs justice.
