Restraining order allowing indoor dining quickly curbed as Supreme Court issues stay.

CLOVIS — New Mexico restaurant patrons were able to eat indoors again on Monday. For a few hours anyway.

Then the state’s Supreme Court ruled otherwise, sending diners back to covered patios or curbside.
