Deanna White has made an impact on Alana, and the Ambroziak family.
This is Teacher Appreciation Week. We asked our readers to tell us about the teachers that have made the greatest impacts on their lives. Here's a sampling:
• Cristin Stewart - For me it was two ladies who were my teachers that inspired my writing - Linda Rippee and Louise Shoemaker. I also have to mention Kelly Alford, who really taught me how to be understanding and never let me back away from my goals. She is the reason I do what I do. Her guidance and love.
• Jessica Emerich - Cathy Langford was my fourth-grade teacher and she will forever have a special place in my heart. She's one of those teachers that leaves an impact on her students and a teacher you just don't forget.
• Jennifer Lansford - Ditto for Mrs. Langford. I remember her reading "Hank the Cowdog" books after lunch in the best voices.
• Tishia Ambroziak - Mrs. Deanna White. When I deployed last year she would send me updates on my daughter. My daughter adores Mrs. White and misses her pre-K class.
