Traffic signal work ongoing in Clovis

CLOVIS — The city of Clovis began work Monday on moving the traffic signal pole at the southeast corner of the intersection of Llano Estacado Boulevard and Prince Street.

The public is asked to treat the intersection as a four-way stop while modifications are ongoing. Bixby Electric expects to finish the job Friday.

The traffic signal pole is being moved 15 feet east with hopes to alleviate the pole being struck by larger vehicles.
