Clovis sand volleyball accepting entries

Entries are now being accepted for the Clovis sand volleyball leagues.

Starting in June, games will be played in the women’s league Monday nights and the co-ed league Tuesday nights. Both leagues are comprised of four-person teams.

Registration is $60 per team and $25 per player and runs to May 30. Registrations may be delivered to 2000 Mitchell during normal business hours.

Clovis Softball taking summer registrations

The Clovis Softball Association is accepting registrations for its summer season, with plans to begin play June 12.

Entry forms and registration fees are due May 29, and may be dropped off at 309 Commerce Way.

Season costs are $325, with a $40 if a team also played in the spring season and plans to keep the team name unchanged.

Portales High bball camp coming up

Portales High’s boys basketball program will run its summer camps May 28-30 at the PHS gym.

Boys entering grades 1-6 will go from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., while boys in grades 7-9 will go from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Registration is $50 and will be accepted on the first day of camp.
