Clovis Elementary

Monday: Breakfast — Cheese omelet taco. Lunch — Spaghetti w/meat sauce, garden salad, mini carrots w/ranch, chilled fruit cocktail, whole wheat roll.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Waffle. Lunch — Turkey and cheese croissant, veggie dippers w/ranch, apple.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Mini pancake. Lunch — Corndog, baked fries, baby carrots w/ranch, chilled pears.

Thursday: Breakfast — Breakfast burrito. Lunch — Chili cheese fries, broccoli w/ranch, chilled pineapple, cookie.

Friday: Breakfast — Apple muffin. Lunch — Pepperoni pizza, garden salad w/ranch, chilled applesauce.

• Breakfast includes 100 percent fruit juice, fresh fruit, milk, choice of cereal, toast or graham cracker. Salad bar offered daily.

Clovis Middle

Monday: Breakfast — Waffle. Lunch — Spaghetti w/meat sauce, pizza, popcorn chicken chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, burrito, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with garden salad, mini carrots w/ranch, chilled pears, garlic roll.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Ham and cheese sandwich. Lunch — Choice of BBQ shredded pork burrito, pizza, ham chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, corndog, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with celery sticks w/ranch, chilled fruit, cookie.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Mini pancake. Lunch — Choice of popcorn chicken, pizza, taco chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, deli sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with au gratin potatoes, seasoned green beans, chilled pears, whole wheat roll.

Thursday: Breakfast — Breakfast burrito. Lunch — Choice of chili dog, pizza, turkey chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, BBQ porky rib sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with broccoli w/ranch, chilled fruit, cake.

Thursday: Breakfast — Breakfast burrito. Lunch — Corndog, celery, peaches.

Melrose

Wednesday: Breakfast — Cheese quesadilla w/sausage crumbles. Lunch — Sloppy joes, pinto beans, veggies.

Thursday: Breakfast — Breakfast casserole, fruit. Lunch — Beef stew, cornbread, cheese sticks.

• Alternative breakfast includes cereal, toast w/jelly. Milk served with every meal.

Portales Elementary

Monday: Breakfast — Bug bites, yogurt, fruit cups. Lunch — Corndog, carrots, broccoli, peaches.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Pancake on a stick, applesauce. Lunch — Sloppy joe, cucumbers, fries, pineapple.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Bagel w/cream cheese, apples. Lunch — Ham, mac and cheese, green beans, fruit salad, gingerbread cookie.

Thursday: Breakfast — Cheese-filled bread stick, banana. Lunch — Steak fingers, mashed potatoes w/gravy, roll, pears.

Friday: Breakfast — Cereal, cheese stick, birthday cake, applesauce. Lunch — Chicken sandwich, baked beans, broccoli, strawberry cups.

• Breakfast includes juice. All meals include milk.

Portales Secondary

Wednesday: Breakfast — Bagel w/cream cheese, apples. Lunch — Ham, mac and cheese, green beans, fruit salad, gingerbread cookie or cook’s choice.

Thursday: Breakfast — Cheese-filled bread stick, banana. Lunch — Steak fingers, mashed potatoes w/gravy, roll, pears or ram bowl (chicken smackers, mashed potato, corn, biscuit), pears.

Friday: Breakfast — Cereal, cheese stick, birthday cake, applesauce. Lunch — Chicken sandwich, baked beans, broccoli, strawberry cups or enchiladas, spanish rice, refried beans, salad w/tomatoes, strawberry cups.

Wednesday: Breakfast — French toast sticks. Lunch — Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes w/gravy, green beans, hot rolls.

Thursday: Breakfast — Breakfast burrito. Lunch — Chicken patty on a bun, lettuce, pickles, fries, apples.

Friday: Breakfast — Yogurt, granola bar. Lunch — Pizza, garden salad, mixed veggies, apples.
