Portales to consider water grant/loan

PORTALES — The Portales City Council will consider a grant/loan, or groan, agreement for the Eastern New Mexico Water Utility Authority during tonight’s meeting.

The city would be responsible for 20.87 percent of the loan amount, which is $52,037.
