Local graduate gets scholarship

CLOVIS — Recent Clovis High School graduate Jack Palla was awarded a $1,000 Animal Health International, Inc. scholarship, according to a press release from the National FFA Organization.

Palla was among 1,829 students nationwide who received over $2.5 million in scholarships from the National FFA Foundation this year.

Palla plans to pursue a degree at Oklahoma State University, the release said.
