ALBUQUERQUE - A Clovis man on Thursday was sentenced to 49 days of time served for violating federal firearms laws.
Alan William Weber, 37, was sentenced in federal court in Albuquerque for possessing an unregistered sawed-off shotgun, according to a news release from the Department of Justice.
He also received three years of supervised release, including 15 months of home detention under electronic monitoring.
Weber also was ordered to forfeit the eight firearms seized from his residence in January 2017, the release said.
