Roden-Smith was at 400 Main in Clovis. It offered free prescription deliveries from 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The weekend's fountain special at Roden-Smith was a jumbo burger and a thick malted milk for 49 cents. No Pest Strip fly killers were $1.98. Cut-Rite waxed paper was 26 cents for a 125-foot roll.
