Registrations are now being accepted for the April 21 Greg Skarda Memorial Golf Tournament at Colonial Park Golf Course.
Registrations will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. April 6. The price is $75 per person, with mulligans available for $5 each.
The format will be four-person scramble, with prizes of $1,000 for first place, $500 for second and $300 for third.

Eastern New Mexico University’s football program will hold its third annual golf tournament 8 a.m. April 13 at Colonial Park Golf Course.
The event, organized as a four-person scramble format, will be $100 per entrant or $400 per team. Entry costs include greens fees, cart rental, range balls, lunch, and various prizes.
Registration will begin on the course 7 a.m. the day of the tournament.
Proceeds benefit the football program, with tee, front/back nine and tournament sponsorships available.

Clovis Municipal Schools will sponsor discounted athletic physicals April 21 for students participating in athletics for the 2018-19 school year.
The physicals, available for $5, will be issued in the north gym of Clovis High School. They will be offered at 8 a.m. for girls entering grades 7-12, 9 a.m. for boys entering grades 7-8 and 10:30 a.m. for boys entering high school.
Students from Clovis Municipal Schools, Dora, Elida, Floyd, Grady, House, Melrose, Portales, Texico and Clovis Christian are invited to participate.
Students must bring four forms available at clovis-schools.org or athletic offices for CHS, CHS Freshman Academy or Gattis, Marshall and Yucca Middle Schools. They cover interscholastic athletic participation, medical examination, code of conduct and drug testing consent.

The Clovis Softball Association is accepting registrations for its upcoming spring leagues — men’s Wednesday, women’s Thursday and men’s Friday.
Team entry fees are $250 for teams returning from 2017, $285 for new teams (an extra $15 required if not already registered with USSSA). Player fees are $25, due on the first game of the season.
League play starts the first week of August, with Tuesday nights set aside for overflow games and rescheduling due to rainouts.
Completed entry forms may be brought to Ideal Auto Sales, 309 Commerce Way, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. weekdays before 5 p.m. March 20. All checks should be payable to CSA. Any entry forms completed by 5 p.m. Tuesday will be entered in a drawing for a new bat.
Church league information is pending. Field rentals are now available.

The Clovis Girls Athletic Association is taking registrations for co-ed slow-pitch softball and T-ball.
Signup is eligible to kids ages 5-16, with 4-year-olds accepted if they turn 5 on or before Aug. 31. Proof of age must be provided.
Registration will be 9 a.m.-4 p.m. weekdays at 1520 Mitchell St., or at Spencer Softball fields 6 p.m.-8 p.m. Wednesdays and 1 p.m.-3 p.m. Saturdays this month.
Registration for T-ball (ages 5-6) is $35, or $25 with a fundraiser. Registration for slowpitch (ages 6-16) is $55, or $35 with a fundraiser. The fundraisers are first-come, first-serve.
Cash payment is due upon registration, and a $5 late fee is added after March 31.
