Water line work to go extra day

PORTALES — Water line improvements this week in Portales will continue an extra day, according to city officials.

Portales city administration has been notified the intersection of Globe and Chicago will remain closed through Saturday due to equipment issues.

The closure was to originally run Tuesday through Friday.
