• Kia Gallo, 23, Failure to appear on misdemeanor charge, driving on suspended or revoked license

• Tammy Amber McCoy, 28, Forgery (make or alter) (two counts), tampering with evidence (third or fourth degree felony), concealing identity, possession of a controlled substance (felony - narcotic drug), possession of drug paraphernalia, fraud (over $250)

• Sevriano Robert Cordova, 53, Criminal sexual penetration in the third degree

• Quinton Smith, 38, Driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug (.08 or above), failure to maintain traffic lane

• Gerald V. Martinez, 23, False imprisonment, battery against a household member, interference with communications, residential burglary, larceny

• Otis R. Smith, 23, Failure to pay fines
